Yes - rescheduling and cancellation depend on your tutor's individual policy. If your request falls within their policy, you can cancel or reschedule the class. For subscription plans, additional scheduling guidelines may apply.

Yes. You can book individual classes based on your needs without committing to a weekly plan.

Single classes offer flexibility with no commitment, while subscription plans provide better pricing and structured learning with regular sessions.

Yes. You can start with a single class and upgrade to a subscription anytime.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime within the active plan period to stop future auto-renewals.

If you cancel during your active plan, your already booked classes will continue as scheduled.

Yes. You can reschedule your classes within the subscription period, based on tutor availability. However, rescheduled classes must be completed within your active subscription period. They cannot be carried forward to the next cycle.

If a tutor cancels a class, your plan will be adjusted accordingly.

You may receive an extension so you can complete all your planned classes.

All class recordings and materials are available under My Classes -> Completed Classes. Recordings are a perk available to subscribed users.
